Terms of service

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your preservation date. This deposit covers initial administrative and preparatory costs and will not be returned under any circumstances, including event cancellation or change of mind.
  • Condition on Arrival: We preserve flowers in the condition they are received. We reserve the right to decline flowers showing signs of mold, rot, or severe wilting. "Unworkable" flowers (due to pests or decay) may be discarded without return for safety reasons.
  • Artistic Release: By booking, you grant the artist creative discretion to arrange blooms in the most aesthetically pleasing manner. You acknowledge that flowers are organic and will naturally change in color, shade, and appearance during preservation (e.g., white flowers may turn cream or yellow).
    • Shipping & Liability: Clients are responsible for all costs and risks associated with shipping fresh flowers to us. We are not liable for damage or loss caused by third-party carriers during transit.
    • Project Timeline: Our standard turnaround time is approximately [3–6 months], though this may vary.
    • Abandonment Policy: Finished pieces not picked up or for which shipping has not been arranged within [40 days] of completion notification will be considered abandoned and become the property of the business.
