Floral Preservation Process & Pricing
Before you buy: Please submit an inquiry form. Please note that an inquiry does not guarantee a booking; it simply helps me review my current schedule and the details of your request. Once I’ve confirmed my availability for your specific needs, I will reach out to guide you through the next steps
To begin, please use the contact chat bubble located in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen to submit an inquiry. When reaching out, kindly include your event date, the services you are interested in, and any details about your vision for your bouquet or keepsake. This allows us to better understand your needs and provide a personalized experience.
Once your inquiry is received and we have discussed your vision, you may either ship your bouquet or arrange for a local drop-off. I am located in Bethelhem, Pennsylvania. When it comes to shipping your flowers to Aurora’s Aromas is a simple and seamless process, and detailed instructions will be provided to ensure your blooms arrive safely.
Pickup/Drop Off Policy: Travel Fees & Distance: Standard Travel Fee: A flat fee of $50 applies to all bouquet pick-ups.
Location Constraints: This fee covers travel to meeting spots within a 30–40 minute driving radius from my location. Any location exceeding this time limit must be approved in advance and may incur additional costs.
Punctuality & Grace Period: Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is provided from the scheduled meeting time.
Late Charge: If you are more than 10 minutes late (arriving at minute 11 or later), a $75 late charge will be billed immediately. This fee is non-negotiable as it compensates for the impact on my delivery schedule.
Scheduling & Communication: Confirmation: Meeting locations and times must be finalized at least 24 hours prior to the pick-up.
Delays: If you are running behind, please notify me as soon as possible. However, please note that communication does not waive the late fee if you arrive outside the grace period.
No-Shows: If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior arrangement, the pick-up will be cancelled, and the bouquet must be collected from my home location at a rescheduled time.


Our preservation timeline varies depending on the piece selected. Most bouquet preservation projects are completed within approximately three months, while larger custom pieces, such as bouquet-encased end tables, may take up to five months.
