Shipping policy

All items are packaged with extreme care to ensure their safe arrival; however, once a package leaves our preservation studio and is accepted by the shipping carrier, the studio is no longer liable for any loss, delay, or damage that may occur during transit. We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for items damaged or lost by third-party couriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx). By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that any claims for transit-related damage must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. We highly recommend that clients select a shipping method with adequate insurance coverage to protect their investment.
